  • Can I bring a guest?

     You can make reservations for yourself and anyone else.  Reservation forms must be filled out for each person along with payment.

  • Who do I contact with questions?

    Call the the Travel Office, M-F, 9am – 1pm or  Email: Travel@BCWPSC.org 


  • Where do buses depart?

    The motorcoaches will pick – up and drop off at the WPSC.


  • If I signed up for a trip, will I be notified of the departure time or any changes to the itinerary?

    Yes, you will receive and email or a phone call approximately 5-7 days out from the departure date.



  • If my seatmate has to cancel, will I be able to cancel and both of us get a refund?

    Refunds must be approved by the Travel Supervisor and on a case by case basis.
